Booking & Cancellation Policy

Once the booking has been accepted, you will be sent an email confirmation, outlining all the details of your booking.

I understand that sometimes these requirements do change, I will do all that I can to accommodate any changes you wish to make.

A new quotation will be required to any changes you make to either the trials or the wedding day and your £70 non-refundable deposit will still remain. As your hair stylist I will work with you in every way I can.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £70 is required when your booking is confirmed. This must be paid via bank transfer.

Once the deposit has been paid your wedding date will be secured. This deposit is non refundable,

if for any reason you wish to cancel your booking; but is taken off your final bill if no cancellation has been made.

Balance Due

The full remaining balance of your wedding hair for you and all the wedding party booked

is required 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, payment must be made via bank transfer.

Travel expenses

In some situations, I have to charge travel expenses. I try to keep this to a minimum but have to charge for the following:

Mileage: I am based in a FK15 postcode and I’m happy to travel within a 5 mile radius of this area free of charge.

Cancellations

If for any unforseen reason you decide to cancel your hair stylist after confirming your booking, the following charges will become payable. The percentages are the proportion of the total fees for the wedding services (including bridesmaids & others) that you booked with us.

1 month before the wedding 30%

3 weeks before the wedding 40%

2 weeks before the wedding 50%

1 week before the wedding 100%

Confirmation of booking & agreement

By payment of £60 deposit to confirm the booking, you are entering into an agreement to honour the above

terms and conditions of business.
